The Double Heavyweight Foxfibre Sweats in Brown Coyote from Wonderlooper
The Double Heavyweight French Terry - Foxfibre® stands out as one of the heaviest knits available today, boasting an impressive thickness of 825 GSM (24.3oz per square yard). Unique to this fabric is its rich brown hue, achieved not through traditional dyeing processes but through the use of Foxfibre® - a naturally colored cotton. This special cotton is organically cultivated on a single origin farm in New Mexico, which allows for the complete elimination of artificial dyes from the production process. Our choice, the Coyote 80 blend, features the deepest and richest color in the Foxfibre® range, offering a connection to the earth with its natural tones. Interestingly, Foxfibre® cotton evolves over time, gradually changing color and adding depth and character to the fabric. Produced in Wakayama, Japan, using circular knitting machines, this French terry fabric is characterized by its low gauge (10G) knit, and irregular surface texture that's complemented by large, soft loops on the interior, enhancing both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Our Sweatpants feature a modern straight leg fit, complete with a drawstring elastic waistband, front slash pockets, and a rear patch pocket. The ribbed side panels offer flexibility and a sleek, stylish appearance. Expertly crafted in Japan ensuring superior quality.
