The Silver Barbed Wire Necklace is a plain chain design depicting 3D barbed wire links. The necklace is made from 925 Sterling Silver and is hallmarked verifying its quality.

The Surrealism art movement depicted unnerving, illogical scenes, creating a new world through radical ways of thinking. This style of artwork has heavily influenced our Surrealism Collection, with the use of everyday objects transformed into precious metal jewelry. Insects & plants create a sense of familiarity whilst also maintaining the fun and implausible characteristics of the Surrealism movement.

The Barbed Wire Necklace is inspired by this Surrealist principle, taking a familiar texture and transforming it into precious metal, Sterling Silver. Each link depicts a sculpted 3D piece of barbed wire and is finished with an oxidized finish to highlight the details and gives an aged, vintage look.

The necklace is 46cm long and is finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp. For a layered look, style it with a pendant necklace, like the Silver Banana Necklace.
